A couple of days ago, I posted a photo here with some of my favorite LOCAL establishments for burgers, pizza, yogurt and donuts.  So...in keeping with the 'local goodies' theme...here are four more local places I recommend you try and support.  These photos were taken at Peking Chinese Restaurant, Life Is Sweet Cafe, Cedar Creek Vineyards and Baxter's Coffee. The lunch buffet at Peking, the fruit and chicken salad plate at Life Is Sweet, a bottle of Once In A Blue wine from Cedar Creek and a big cup of Mocha Joe with peppermint from Baxter's are very delicious choices!

And, as I wrote in my previous blog...I urge you to please also continue to support the 'franchise' and 'national' businesses in our area because they do employ local people and many are owned by local folks!

It really does take each of us to keep our community economically successful!  And...shop, eat and play at home whenever you can!
