Today is my mom's birthday. Her name is Norlena (we believe in odd names in my family!) She has always been my best friend, my biggest supporter and the person who has loved me unconditionally. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have her as my mommy!
This is a photo of us MANY years ago. I always laugh at our early 70's style. When I used to put on those white boots, I would sing the Nancy Sinatra song, "These Boots Are Made For Walking"...I just didn't know what the song was talking about! I wish I'd had those boots later in life!
Anyway...Happy Birthday, Mom! I love you bunches!
